Rainbow Bright Double Turkey Wing Broom handmade by Robert Sheckler of Redmond Philbert Handwork, Yarmouth, ME.

Loud and proud double turkey wing design really shows off the beautiful colors of this broom.  A vibrant ROY G. BIV of dyed broomcorn and twine- will certainly make any cleaning experience fun….as fun as it can be, anyway!  Lovingly made with broomcorn, twine, and a vegan leather loop. Avoid direct sunlight to keep colors bright.

Measures approximately 16″ long and 12″ wide.

Handmade corn brooms are truly pieces of functional art, as beautiful as they are practical. Natural broomcorn, a renewable resource, simply sweeps better than synthetic plastic alternatives. Plus, you’ll never want to hide this striking piece of art in a closet or a cupboard!

Robert is an enthusiastic learner, teacher, and crafter living and working in the Portland area. Beyond the visceral joy of broom-making, Robert is interested in elevating natural materials over synthetic alternatives and loves to incorporate color into his work, making an everyday object and an everyday activity feel special, vibrant, and even fun.
