Baked Fish
Filets of frozen haddock or flounder
French dressing
Cracker crumbs
Melted butter
Thaw fish until just unfrozen. Immerse fish in French dressing. Then
coat both sides with cracker crumbs. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Pour melted butter over it and bake in a very hot oven, 425º-450º, for
10 minutes. Serve at once.
If you like cheese flavor, use cheese crackers, as they will give you a good flavor as well as a rich color. Otherwise you should use saltines.
This is an excellent way to cook frozen fish as it doesn't dry out as most frozen fish does.
